I did not know any kashmiri whose oppose the return of kashmiri pandits, Infact they are getting jobs offers form the JandK goverment, all they have to do is leave the private jobs and come back. But this is like you are telling person to leave the comfort drive of Mercedes and drive the Maruti 800.
Reality is Kashmiri Pandiths have sold their property and all they have in kashmir. and they did not want to come back. Now Government of India is trying to make kashmir another of its hindu majority state in the name of women rights. First give rights to those girls who are being raped everyday in India,
